" Lima, (ANDINA). Este sábado 12 se inaugura en MATE - el museo de Mario Testino - una muestra permanente dedicada a este fotógrafo peruano especializado en celebridades, informaron los organizadores.Según detalló el museo, ésta es la única exposición de carácter permanente que recogerá varias de las imágenes más resaltantes del trabajo de este artista peruano radicado en Londres.
MATE surge de una iniciativa del propio Testino para mostrar al público limeño lo que ha venido produciendo en las tres décadas que viene trabajando en Europa, así como los trabajos de artistas de la fotografía actuales.
Para ello ha acondicionado una casona barranquina ubicada en la avenida Pedro de Osma.
Mario Testino ha trabajado en revistas de moda como Vogue y Vanity Fair.
Entre las estrellas que ha retratado se encuentran Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Miley Cyrus, Gisele Bündchen, Jennifer López y Naomi Campbell.
También ha retratado a Madonna, Kate Moss, Gwyneth Paltrow, Julia Roberts y Meg Ryan, entre varios más.
También se le conoce por ser fotógrafo de las familias reales europeas, en especial de la británica. Lady Di es una de las personalidades que retratara seguido, por ejemplo.

Reese Witherspoon ganó el Óscar en el 2006 por su interpretación de June Carter en "Walk the Line", pero la celebración no duró mucho. Unos meses después la actriz anunció su separación con Ryan Phillippe después de siete años de matrimonio.
Sin duda uno de los casos más emblemáticos de tragedias luego de los Oscar es el de Jennifer Hudson. En el 2007 la actriz festejaba con su premio por el papel en "Dreamgirls", pero en octubre del 2008 el ex esposo de Julia Hudson (hermana de la actriz y cantante) entró en la casa de la familia enloquecido por los celos y disparó a Darnell Donerson, madre de Jennifer y después a su hermano, Jason Hudson, de 29 años. El asesino también secuestró a su propio hijo de siete años a quien encontraron muerto tres días después.
